KHS 4 Season 1000 Fat Bike
The 2025 KHS 1000 is built to go further, with a setup that makes it as capable on snowy trails as it is in sand or mud. Its 6061-aluminum frame comes with internal cable routing, a tapered head tube, and thru-axle hubs that boost strength and stability. Riders can choose the stock alloy straight-blade fork or swap to a carbon or suspension option for extra control in rough conditions.
A 1×12 Shimano Deore drivetrain pairs a 30 T narrow-wide chainring with a wide-range 10–51 T cassette, giving you the gearing to climb, cruise, and power through unpredictable surfaces. Braking is handled by Shimano MT410 hydraulic discs with 180/160 mm rotors, providing dependable stopping power no matter the weather. Oversized 26 × 4.8" tires mounted on 80 mm rims deliver float and grip when the terrain turns soft, while a dropper post adds confidence and flexibility for technical sections.
From frozen singletrack to backcountry sand routes, the KHS 1000 is built for riders who want a fat bike that’s as adventurous as they are.

Most orders ship from our Ottawa store, and some items may ship from our supplier warehouse in Montreal. Our goal is simple: get your order to you quickly, safely, and with zero surprises.

Quick Cranks ships to addresses in Canada and the United States. If you’re ordering from outside Canada/USA, reach out and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Where We Ship From (Ottawa & Montreal)
Orders ship from:
- Ottawa, Ontario (our store)
- Montreal, Quebec (our supplier warehouse)
If your order includes items stocked in both Ottawa and Montreal, we’ll consolidate everything in Ottawa first, then ship it out together whenever possible.
Shipping Bicycles + Ready To Ride Program
We ship bicycles across Canada and the USA, and we’re obsessive about doing it properly. Bikes are handled with care so they arrive safely and are easy to set up.
At checkout, you may have the option to add our Ready To Ride Program (optional). When selected, our team unboxes, tunes, tests, and repacks your bike so that minimal assembly is required when it arrives.

- Bike shipping: always displayed during checkout before you purchase
Bulky & Oversized Items
Some products require oversized shipping due to size, weight, or packaging. These items are excluded from free shipping and will have shipping calculated at checkout.
If you’re unsure whether an item is considered bulky, place the item in your cart and head to checkout for an exact quote.
Processing & Delivery Times

- Most parts & accessory orders: 0–1 business day
- Bicycles: typically 1–3 business days for processing and preparation
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates vary by region and carrier. Any shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. During peak season (spring/early summer), processing and delivery may take a little longer due to volume.
Remote / Rural Addresses
In rare cases, certain rural, remote, or extended-area postal codes can require additional shipping fees beyond what’s shown at checkout (carrier surcharges or special handling).
- If this applies, we will contact you before shipping with the options and any additional cost.
- We will never charge extra shipping without your approval.
- If you decline the additional shipping cost, we will cancel and fully refund your order.
Tracking & Signature Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information as soon as it becomes available. We ship using trusted carriers (carrier selection may vary by destination and package type).
Signature is required on delivery unless otherwise specified (for example, in special circumstances or where carrier rules apply).
PO Boxes
We can ship to PO Boxes, however some items (especially bulky products and bicycles) may require a different carrier or a manual shipping arrangement.
If your order requires manual handling due to a PO Box address, we’ll contact you to confirm the best option before shipping.
Delivery & Damage Policy
We understand how important your bike and gear is. If your package arrives with visible damage:
- Please note the damage with the carrier at delivery whenever possible.
- If damage is discovered after delivery, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Send photos of the packaging and the item so we can help quickly.
Free In-Store Pickup
Prefer to pick up your order? We offer free in-store pickup at our Ottawa location(s). Some orders may require extra time for assembly or prep — we’ll let you know when it’s ready.
