Returns Policy

You may return eligible items within 60 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, brand new, and in original packaging
  • All original tags, accessories, and packaging must be included

If an item is returned used or without original packaging, a store credit will be issued instead of a refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled after payment may be subject to processing fees:

  • Credit card orders may incur a 3% processing fee
  • Orders placed through Klarna cannot be cancelled

Return Shipping & Fees

Return Label

To request a return shipping label, email orders@quickcranks.ca

Return Fees

Return fees are waived if the return is due to:

  • Shipping errors
  • Defective products
  • Any fault on the part of Quick Cranks

For all other online returns:

  • $20 return fee deducted from the refund (non-bicycle items)
  • $150 return fee for bicycles (covers inspection and restocking)

Warranty Information

Quick Cranks products are built to last and are backed by manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage and duration vary by product.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or model? We’re happy to help.

  • Exchanges are available subject to product availability

Items must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns

Non-Refundable & Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Items discounted 20% or more (final sale)
  • Used items
  • Undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
  • Bicycles (generally final sale)
