Top of that list is the Mips® Air Node protection system, a Low Friction Layer for fully ventilated lightweight helmets designed to reduce rotational motion and redirect forces away from your brain should you crash. Dual-density Varizorb™ EPS bumps up that impact protection further by spreading forces of impact across a wider area. The BOA® Fit System allows for micro-adjustability for a perfect fit every time you ride. The Ionic+® liner is antimicrobial and manages odor while wicking moisture away from the head, and is easily removed and washed. We ship bikes, parts, and accessories across Canada, with clear pricing and fast processing. Most orders ship from our Ottawa store, and some items may ship from our supplier warehouse in Montreal. Our goal is simple: get your order to you quickly, safely, and with zero surprises.
Please note we are experiencing a large volume of orders and inquiries as we are in peak season (spring/early summer), and our eCommerce department may take 1-2 business days to reach your inquiry. If you have an urgent matter, such as a cancellation or order adjustment, please call the Cooper Street location during our business hours. Thank you!

Quick Cranks ships to addresses in Canada. If you’re ordering from outside Canada, reach out and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Where We Ship From (Ottawa & Montreal)
Orders ship from:
- Ottawa, Ontario (our store)
- Montreal, Quebec (our supplier warehouse)
If your order includes items stocked in both Ottawa and Montreal, we’ll consolidate everything in Ottawa first, then ship it out together whenever possible. Items coming from our Montreal supplier warehouse may take 2-5 business days to arrive in store before shipping out to you.
Shipping Bicycles + Ready To Ride Program
We ship bicycles across Canada, and we’re obsessive about doing it properly. Bikes are handled with care so they arrive safely and are easy to set up.
When you purchase a bike with us, even online, you receive 15% off any regular priced parts and accessories! We apply this retro-actively, just add your accessories or parts to your bike purchase, and we'll handle the rest!
When purchasing a bike online, our team unboxes, tunes, tests, and repacks your bike so that minimal assembly is required when it arrives at your door.

Bulky & Oversized Items
Some products require oversized shipping due to size, weight, or packaging. These items are excluded from free shipping and will have shipping calculated at checkout.
If you’re unsure whether an item is considered bulky, place the item in your cart and head to checkout for an exact quote.
Processing & Delivery Times
Processing Time
- Most parts & accessory orders: 0–1 business days if in stock in store; 3-5 business days if stock is available at supplier warehouse
- Bicycles: typically 3-5 business days for processing and shipping preparation
- You will receive an automated email with the tracking details, once your order has shipped
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates vary by region and carrier. Any shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. During peak season (spring/early summer), processing and delivery may take a little longer due to volume.
Remote / Rural Addresses
In rare cases, certain rural, remote, or extended-area postal codes can require additional shipping fees beyond what’s shown at checkout (carrier surcharges or special handling).
- If this applies, we will contact you before shipping with the options and any additional cost.
- We will never charge extra shipping without your approval.
- If you decline the additional shipping cost, we will cancel and fully refund your order.
Tracking & Signature Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an automated email with tracking information as soon as it becomes available. We ship using trusted carriers (carrier selection may vary by destination and package type).
Signature is required on delivery unless otherwise specified (for example, in special circumstances or where carrier rules apply).
PO Boxes
We can ship to PO Boxes, however some items (especially bulky products and bicycles) may require a different carrier or a manual shipping arrangement.
If your order requires manual handling due to a PO Box address, we’ll contact you to confirm the best option before shipping.
Delivery & Damage Policy
We understand how important your bike and gear is. If your package arrives with visible damage:
- Please note the damage with the carrier at delivery whenever possible.
- If damage is discovered after delivery, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Send photos of the packaging and the item so we can help quickly.
Free In-Store Pickup
Prefer to pick up your order? We offer free in-store pickup at our Ottawa location(s). Some orders may require extra time for assembly or prep — we’ll let you know when it’s ready.
